THE FIELD NURSERY RU.23/0544 ANOTHER FLAWED APPLICATION WHICH WILL IMPACT BROX LANE

THIS IS YET ANOTHER DEVELOPMENT FOR THE VILLAGE, WHICH HAS NOT BEEN PROPERLY THOUGHT THROUGH. THERE ARE ISSUES WITH - PARKING - ACCESS - DENSITY - LOSS OF EXISTING TREES - AND IMPACT ON ANCIENT WOODLAND.

FULL DETAILS ARE IN OWARA'S OBJECTION LETTER - CLICK ON THE LINK BELOW.

THE FULL APPLICATION IS ON RBC'S WEBSITE: RU.23/0544

OWARA WOULD LIKE TO ACKNOWLEDGE THE EXCELLENT WORK OF THE OTTERSHAW NEIGHBOURHOOD FORUM IN VILLAGE PLANNING MATTERS - https://www.ottershawforum.com/

WE URGE RBC'S PLANNING DEPARTMENT AND OUR COUNCILLORS TO PROPERLY SCRUTINISE THE APPLICATION TO ENSURE IT CONFORMS WITH NATIONAL AND LOCAL GUIDANCE. OUR VILLAGERS DESERVE QUALITY IN ALL LOCAL DEVELOPMENTS.
